Project summary

This is a web-based apartment operations and property management system. It centralizes bookings, cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, inventory, owners, and staff communication for short-term rental apartments.

• The application supports three broad access levels:
• Administrators: Full system access, settings, users, and operational management
• Staff: Permission-based access to selected backend modules
• Apartment owners: A dedicated portal for properties, bookings, calendars, maintenance, extra services, tax payments, and profile information
• Automation and integrations
• Imports reservations from apartment iCal feeds every 15 minutes
• Automatically identifies upcoming cleaning work
• Uses Telegram to connect cleaners, maintenance workers, and other personnel
• Sends assignments and reminders through Telegram
• Allows task actions such as accept, start, complete, and resolve
• Supports signed public task pages so workers can access task details securely
• Stores cleaning and lost-item photo evidence
